Hello from past two days I am having cold and cough with body pain as well. But yesterday experienced strong headache with pain around ears as well. Also I was feeling like nauseated or vomiting. Please suggest any medication or treatment for the same. Also please suggest any home remedy.please reply ASAP??

Appears to be upper respiratory infection which can be nose sinus and throat infection which usually causes ear pain
