Hello I experience cold and cough consistently and throat gets red itchy and irritated and my tonsils also swell. Also I am suffering from headache and my phlegm is green in colour.i am a non smoker.can I smoke?? Please advise on the condition.?

U are having a mild allergic pharyngitis... That ll get ok with gargling etc... Coming to your main question.. If u are a non smoker.. Y in the world do you want to smoke.. And any doctor u ask ll never ever advice you to smoke... It's a habit that kills you

Sir ur basic problem is allergy whis is causing sinusitis and maybe even tonsillitis. You would require proper antibiotics and allergy treatment. A few investigations might also be needed.
