What quantity of Hepatitis B vaccine should be used to vaccinate an adult person who is over 25-30 yrs of age ?
20 mcg or 100mcg ?
How many doses are to be given during vaccination ?
Is there any need of booster ?

Hep B vaccine is available in Ampoules.
Standard dose for adults is 1ml, 3 doses at 0, 1week and 6 weeks.
Booster should be taken every 5 years from the date you recieved 1st dose.
