Question about excuses for school
I have a syndrome called Arterial Tourtuaisty Syndrome. I don't have as much mitochondria in my cells as most. I am extremely fatigued due to this. I think I also may have depression or another mental illness. I find it hard to get out of bed most days. Is there a way for an absence from school to be excused because of my fatigue and mental health?

You will need to see a mental health professional who can help you deal with your syndrome. The doctor who diagnosed your syndrome should give you a medical certificate, if your syndrome is hampering your performance.
