Questions about supplements an diabetes
Hi, I'm a 15 year-old type 1 diabetic I work out every other day so 4 times or more a week. I started to go to a gym with a personal trainer lifting weights mostly sitting or using machines. I want to know whether lifting 4-10 kg while standing will effect my height and growth. Can I take bcaa or pre work outs with or without caffeine. My Dr said my HbA1c is 11.2 and I should drink more water and not take whey protein so I don't put a load on my kidneys. Also my creatine levels are a bit high
