Questions related to my mental health
I have been feeling mentally unwell for a quite time but from sometime it is getting out of my control. I am having trouble breathing since January 2020 have been hospitalised one. A homeopathic Dr did some test of mine and he feels it is related to me taking stress. A recent e&t specialist also feels it can be panic attacks. It is getting out of my control now. I have even tried having a healthy routine for more than 2months and still from time to time I get out of my mind. I feel I need help and waiting any further will even make it worse but I am not being able to choose where to go or whom to show myself to or should I even do it.

Once all the Medical causes for difficulty has been ruled out Psychiatric causes should be considered. If many of your doctor have not found any abnormalities it is possible that the cause be a Psychiatric disorder. Panic attacks also can cause breathing difficulty. Only detailed evaluation can help us know if it is really a Panic attack or not
