Quitting Smoking
My friend has been trying to quit smoking for some time now, but is not able to. He ends up giving in to his cravings. There are a lot of factors due to which he is not able to quit- his environment, i.e. his friends who smoke on regular basis, and the other medical symptoms given he had been a heavy smoker (5-7 cigarettes a day). So I wanted professional help for him so that he can actually quit smoking.
