My son aged 13 has pain in 3rd and 4th toe and big toe. He is shocking sensation irritation behind these fingers. Could not able to keep the left feet down for long time. Pls suggest what could be the issue and resolution.

Orthopaedic surgeons deal with bones and joints. Rheumatoid Arthritis is dealt with by Rheumatologists or MD Physicians.
