If a dog has got rabbies and takes anti rabbies injection after contacting rabies and is shedding rabbies from its saliva will that work ??

Yes it does work. It limits chances yo minimum, but the degree of wound may impact the development of relayed related complications. If the wound is of grade II or more , you ll have to take the immunoglobulin as well.
