Sir I was vaccinated with pep rabies vaccine in March in July I am scratched by a cat with blood do I again need to take rabies vaccine and I kept the cart 9 day observation and it was fine.

Scratch with blood coming out from it comes in grade 3 of bite. If you have vaccinated in march, no need of re vaccination with anti rabies vaccine. But i suggest you to go for singke dose of immunoglobulin injection as it its an open injury with blood coming out of it
