Rabies vaccine and precautions. Need?

Sir/mam on 23jan I was bitten by a stray dog on my right leg below my knee 4-5 inches it was not a firm bite but I got blood. Swelling for 1-2 days and was bluesh for a week or more but now it is fine only a scar is there. I took vacation on the same day i.e (23jan) now my last 5th vacation is on 23 Fab. is there anything else I should take and is rabies vaccine 100% effective I mean it cures rabies 100%?. I am worried. and I want to know should I avoid anything like in food (chicken,fish,spices,salt) or exercise or alcohol. if so then for how many days or months? can I drink alcohol after my 5th dose or should I wait for some days or months? and is there any thing to worry about? should I take eauirab or not is there any need? none of the doctor's suggested me to take. waiting for your precious suggestion :).
