Rabies vaccine. Infection or rabies?

Sir i am very much worried. Few days ago a dog bite on my feet. At first i went to home and wash it from running water for few minutes. Then i move to a doctor where doctor gave a tetnus and rabipur vaccine. Till now i had completed 3 vaccine. Sir few years ago approx 6 to 7 years i had taken pep all the five vaccine. Now i am taking some antibiotic like Azitromycine and some other. My wound is healing but some time i am felling irritation near my wound. As i go through the internet there giving that irritaion on bite site is one of the first sign of rabies. I am still too confuse and worried that what to do. Sir plz answer is it is just a bacterial infection or rabies? Otherwise i have no other symptoms.
