Hello , Tingling in the feet is a neuropathic symptom . It could be because of B12 deficiency, diabetes most commonly . Radiation neuritis is unlikely. Since your hba1c levels are normal . Kindly get a vitamin b12 levels checked . Also do tell me the reason why you had to undergo the radiological tests . Regards Emmanuel Mj MD
