Hi, My uncle was diagnosed with advanved throat cancer.He underwent chemotherapy followed by operation.And now undergoing radiotherapy.He has mouth sores and pain.Wanted to know if these will go after radiotherapy.Also i am attaching medical reports of post operation. I wanted if all tumor is removed or not. Thanks

Looks like radiation related mucositis.. Improve oral hygiene with salt water gargles and non alcohol mouthwash.. Maintain diet and avoid nutrition deficieny.. Use a vitamin B and C supplement.. Will resolve gradually post radiation

Yes full tumor completely removed. Your uncle radiation related mucositis. Thesw will improve after completion of radiotherapy
