I have a painless, round, brown bump on the side of my knee that is hard when pressed. I don't think it is filled with any fluids or pus. I thought it was ingrown hair so I tried to pluck it with a tweezer. However, that didn't work and it started bleeding due to the poking. It appears dry and the surface is rough, not soft.
