I have been undergoing a treatment for severe acne and my doctor had prescribed Isotretinoin (20-30mg per day).
At the beginning of the course, my triglyceride level was 239. However, after undergoing the medication for 4 months, the latest report shows triglyceride level as 365.
Kindly advise regarding the continuation of medication and whether statins are required to lower the cholesterol.
