Dear client Fatty liver is a sign of underlying liver problem. It has grades of severity. Earlier stages are reversible with treatment. So don't worry about it. If your symptoms increase then the doctor can monitor liver function.

Attentrol ie atomoxetine can cause liver damage, but the reaction is rare and idiosyncratic i.e the liver damage cannot be predicted. We cannot tell who will have an adverse liver reaction to atomoxetine and it is not dependent on the drug dose. Discuss these risk-benefit with your prescriber. Get LFTs done if you feel any symptoms like fatigue, nausea, decreased appetite or yellowish discoloration
Health Tips
Get the fatty liver evaluated by a gastroenterologist, to ascertain it's cause
