I have some rash in my back .and by the result of that i had so many black spots in my back ,so for that what should i do to prevent rashes as well as black spot..

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
