I went out for a day and the temp was high, so because of excessive sweating red rash has been developed on between and lower side of breasts

Your condition is most likely due to sun burn or sweating. Is there any kind of itching?
I would suggest a mild cream such as 3-mix or Momeson and some prikly heat powder.
