Rash like near vagina

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I have been experiencing vaginal issues. Just outside of my vagina I have discoloration..I am dark a dark complexion but I’m that area it is red and pink and in some spots it is bleeding, which I think is from scratching and wiping without realizing.it’s not itching incontrollably and I’m not experiencing any discharge that is not normal or pains. I did shave recently and it seems to happen after I shave... this is the second time this has happened. I use all measures of protection during sex.
