Rash on arm.

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have a rash on my arm that has been coming and going for about a year now. Been to my GP several times but he hasnt told me what it is, nor have any of the creams i keep paying for worked. Its REAL itchy, lumpy and dry. And it spreads quickly, but its only on one of my "bingo wings", around the armpit area. I've tried many steroid creams, even natural yoghurt and aloe vera, but nothings working. Any advice would be great. Thanks.
