Rashes/boils in underarm

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have keloid problem. My left hand underarm has pus filled painful boils/rashes. I stopped using deodorants and fabric conditioners since 6 months. I apply tea tree oil there but I don't get permanent results. I keeps coming and going. Rarely I get on both underarms. Please give me a solution to this.

Sure those must be drained n dressed 1st, it may demands antibiotic n pain management... latter on sure consider holistic ayurvedic opinion for non recurrence till then reduce salt n sour food n drinks
