Rashes on body
Whenever I am exposed to cold temperatures (AC, rain, longer contact with water, exposure to sun etc) I get rashes on the exposed area. The rashes are itchy stay upto 20-30 mins. I had this since 17 years but the frequency and intensity has increased in last 3 weeks. The rashes look like mosquito bites. Even when I eat or drink cold item my lips get swollen up a bit from inside. Kindly suggest on the course of action to resolve this issue.

Any adverse changed in skin temperature can cause hives or wheals which are the rashes you are referring to in your history. It can be controlled with antihistamins.
