Rashes on penile head
I am 21 year healthy male though from past 5 months I was experiencing some sorts of yeasts infections on the penis that used to go away with medication but in past 2 weeks the situation has got from bad to worse. In last 2 days My penis head and shaft has rashes and Last night a drop of blood came out of the shaft due to friction. It is like that whole of the penis head skin is scratched. Burning sensation , pain , itching , are all that I am experiencing on the penis. There is not pain in my urethra. I have engaged in monogamy for past 5 years. Dont know what to do as the doctrs say it can be any major std . But me and my partner practice 100 percent monogamy though we have unprotected sex sometimes.

Although your concern isn't from my specialty, I will try to answer it in my best capacity. Irrespective of your sexual history, I would still recommend that you have a complete STD profile of investigations done for yourself and your partner. Also, your partner might also have to consult with a gynaecologist to have a thorough examination done, to rule out any other cause of the problem you are facing. You will also greatly benefit by consulting a urologist for your issue, after you have all the test results in hand. Good luck.
