Rashes on top of Penis
There are some kind of rashes on the top of my penis. It is paining and itching when it get erect and when I try to pull the skin backward. It gets little swell as well. Is there any particular tablets or cream I can use for that? Should I need to see a doctor for the same? What should the precautions need to be followed to avoid that?

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis.
