Rashes or Hives on skin
Dear Sir,
My father is diabetic since many years and was not having any skin allergy etc. But since last 2 months he is getting skin rashes / like hives on body frequently like twice in a week and its itchy. I have attached the photos of the same for your review. Is it a serious condition.
Can you please let me know the reasons for it and way forward for it.
