Hi docs. I have done cbc where my RBC was 6.33 and hemoglobin was 17.8, Hepatocrit was 49.84. Note, I had drank beer in moderation a night before and had water and food fasting while giving sample in the morning. I don't have any specific visible symptoms. PFA attached full count. Could you tell me if it is alarming or nothing to worry?
Thanks in advance

You have your Hb on the higher side. That means ypu are polycythemic. This can happen if a person smokes or recently been to high altitudes or in case of dehydration (which in this case scenariocan be due to beer).
I would like to suggest upu yo keep yourself hydrated. Drink ample amount of water. And repeat the sample after 15 days. Share reports then for omline consultation.
