Reaction of clofazimine
In 2015 i was suffering from mdr TB so doctor used Clofazimine for treatment of my disease but after then the medicine discontinued my body color starts to change and coming back to normal but my face and hand or the area exposed to sun is still very dark i am using sunscreen but no use of it what should i do now the medicine is discontinued in march 2016 its so many months now redness is completely gone from my skin but skin is still darker

Clofazamine induced pigmentation takes time to reverse . Usually from 6 months to few years. However, if still persistent you could do peels or consider laser options (these are not very effective but slight improvement can be expected) at least for the areas that concern you most.
