Deflocort given at appropriate dosage given for few days to week is usually safe if prescribed by a trained doctor. Usually steroid syrups are not given for prolonged period and are stopped at the earliest. Long term anti Histamine syrups are safer and effective
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
