Today at work I had a extremely tight feeling in my stomach right under my ribs about 4 inches below my left rib cage its was super tight and felt like it was enlarging and was gonna burst I couldn't move the pain was horrible.

Hopefully it was a stomach issue due to poor digestion it happens often after a late night heavy meal .. check ur diet ...might be a gastric pain
