Recent minute -ear ache.
I have had an issue of excess wax for more than a few years now. I usually get them cleaned up. Last time(6-7 months back), I had unbearable pain and the doctor told me it was some kind of infection. Since yesterday my ears have started aching very minutely. I dont trust ear drops or buds. Shall I wait for the pain to subside or do I go visit a doctor before it gets worse? Any temperory ailment?

You can take painkillers to alleviate the pain. Avoid water entry into the ears. If you have a cold add cetrizine too. You can consult an ENT specialist if the pain persists or you start having discharge from your ears.
