RECENTLY DIAGNOSED DIABET
Sir I have recently done my blood sugar which was found to be 231 and scarely I have done hba1c 6.9 whether to start treatment or wait and my average blood glucose level is 147... or else I can control it by exercise and dietary management...plz guide me sir

Well.. First thing is whether that 231 is randome blood sugar level you are talking about..am not sure.if it's random than uptill 200 is okay. ...your avg sugars are okay and about hba1c is in good control range...I think you can be given a try of diet and exercise control first... then re checked sugars and then start on metformin if required...thank you
