Menstrual distrubance and excessive bleeding, acne, skin darkening and pigmentation, excessive hair growth, obesity all symptoms of PCOD. The rectal bleed is unconnected, its because of constipation and small tears called fissure... Easily treatable... Treatment of PCOD is a bit tricky, it depends on what you want, Do you want to solve skin problems.. Do you want regularise menstruation.. Do you  want to get pregnant.. There is no one shot treatment for all So take a consultation we discuss your issues
