  3. Rectal bleeding. Only visible in stools.

Rectal bleeding
I have blood in my hard stools without pain. I was wondering should I visit a doctor or shall I get a natural remedy here so that I follow the remedy in order to suppress the bleeding. Blood is dark red in color and the quantity is very small and  only visible in stools.
