Rectal problem
What is rectoanal intussusception and mucosal prolapse and SRUS?Done APC multiple times...Squeeze pressure as seen in manometery is also weak...plz explain the meanings of these diseases...Also plz suggest an appropriate way to treat this condition...plz doctor...plz...

DECREASED squeeze pressure in manometery suggests rectal prolapse.  Rectal intussuception means rectal wall prolapsing through the anus. Srus is common in rectal prolapse or intussuception. The part if rectum that prolapses has frequent injury on it and dryness causes srus.
Next Steps
normally treatment is surgery only. but for now medical treatment can be tried.
