My son is 2 years 11 months old. Today when he was doing motion from rectum one muscle came outside. Cleaning time this muscle went inside. No pain is there. He is always suffering from constipation. What is that and what needs to do?

If your child is always suffering from constipation so there is a rectal prolapse for which you need to consult to a paediatric surgeon and do not ignore this
