Recurrent mouth unclers/canker sores
I have had a history of recurring mouth ulcers and have been taking Folvite to control that. Off late the problem has begun again and it is very painful. Although they go away within a few days it still is a major discomfort. Please advise on a long term solution. I do not eat a lot of spicy food, dont smoke, drink rarely and maintain a healthy lifestyle .
