  4. Recurrent penis ulcer. Suggest medicine.

Recurrent penis ulcer
I have recurrent mouth and penis ulcer . my dermatologist doctor prescribed me vitamin c 500mg and cetrizine 5mg at night . I have also constipation when I visit my gastrologist he prescribe becosules capsules two times after meal and softolax at night and refer me to dermatologist to write on prescription behcet disease. What is behcets disease. Plz suggest medicine.
