It can certainly cause infertility. Long standing untreated vaginal infections can cause tubal blockage , endometritis etc. You should consult a gynaecologist, get an HVS test done to ascertain the type of infection, practice local hygeine, try this determine the source of infection, partner should also be treated and a course of probiotics will help to reduce the recurrence
