  4. Recurring cough. His condition?

Recurring cough
My father caught a cold and had fever last week but it has subsided now. But he has been coughing a lot especially in the night. It is a dry cough and no other symptoms. Can someone suggest some help with improving his condition?

This is allergic bronchitis.. Need to stop cold food and things .. Do throat gargles.. Have plenty of hot liquids..
