Recurring fever
Am  27 yr old female working professional. I go to office at 5 pm...and when I return home by 3 am..I  get fever every night..temp..100-101 degrees.. though I start feeling cold in late night around (9-10) ..2 months back I recovered from typhoid and after few days I again startrd getting fever and I again went for cbc and typhoid check up .. typhoid wasn't diagnosed but my ESR was 70.. since few days I'm getting stomach cramps as well.. though the fever goes off around afternoon And I feel a lot tired and my muscles are always pulling..a fatigue keep me of feeling. . And yet this fever comes every night from last 3-4 months. And have also lost weight quite a lot. Also my appetite is completely lost ..I don't feel like eating at all  ..and my diet has immensely decreased all this while I Am clueless for what to do. Pls help.
