Yes first think about the weight.... That You seriously act on be it gym, exercise, diet but she should reduce almost 25 kg... Then there will be easy to manage a pregnancy...

Obesity is definitely a factor. But a number of investigation s needed after recurrent miscarriage. So visit a gynecologist for proper management.
