Recurring pimples on nose and chin..

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have recurring pimples on nose and chin...When popped out a white fluid comes out.. very painful...the pimples start as a small white fluid filled ones which in a day or too progresses into a big one, very painful and pops out on its own..
