Recurring throt infections with cough

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Recurring throt infections with dry cough or some time mucus & chest pain from last 2month. I have also mild fever. I visited my family physician last month. he advised some antibiotics & cough syrup. Medication give relief temporally but currently facing same problem for more than two weeks.
