I m suffering from recursive tongue ulcer. That's repeat in a month. It is very pain full and inflammatory.

Hi Sr, Ulcer may arise due to any thermal injury,vitamin deficiencies so and so .You can have Tablets in Vitamin B combinations .

Avoid having hot and spicy foods until the ulcer gets heals well.Add more green vegetables and curd in your food that will make you comfortable
