Red and Painful Eyes

My eyes turn red and starts to pain. It has started to happen very frequently. Even right now my right eye is in pain. What could be the probable reason?

are you a computer user. it could be computer vision syndrome or mild uveitis. is there any discharge watering redness and blurring of vision and itchy or swelling. please share all this information or consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

This could be due to dryness, mild uveitis etc
It is very difficult to comment without examining you
I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done

It may be due to dryness , you may be addicted to smartphone or laptop , you should use lubricating eye drops like Optive Eye drops 3-4 times.
