Hi, You can do several home regimens to deal with this problem momentarily but eventually you will have to use a gum paint massage, medicines and ointments.

Namaskaram, Your mouth is lined with a special type of skin (mucosa), which looks (mostly) pink because it is thinner than your other skin (example: on your arms and legs). Some changes to your mouth lining can change its color to white or red.These lesions must be assessed by biopsy (tissue sampling for disease). Obviously, risk factors(tobacco) can and must be minimized wherever possible and proper periodic oral screening exams should be a priority. Thats good..you had quit tobacco. For patches ,u should go for biopsy test because there are various types of red and white lesion. You should consult your dentist who will monitor you.
