Red area of concern on breast

Asked for Female, 14 Years

Hello I am only 14 but yesterday I noticed a red area under the nipple of left breast, there was a faint short line above nipple. Today it is not very itchy but the nipple has become darker and the redness has spread a little bit. My family has no history of breast cancer, could this be a harmless condition?
