Red-black bulge inside cheek
I have noticed that there is black spot and it seems that they are nerves. There is also bulge inside cheeks with centre red.

If there is a line running in the centre of cheek which is elevated, that can be Linea Alba which is a natural phenomenon. No need to worry for that. But still getting consulted for that can be beneficial to rule out any other problem
