Red blood specks on white area of right
After a very, stupid, drunk night out, I was involved in a scuffle with bouncers which I do not remember but friends have told me I was floored by 5 of them and punched in the face, in the way that 'police brutalities occur against black people in the US'. I woke up the next day and was told what happened. I have bruising to the nose as well but the main cause for concern was the red specks on my eye. Should I see a doctor about this?

Sub conjunctival haemorrage , will disappear in a week or two .

Your symptoms are suggestive of sub conjunctival hemorrhage
This is benign and don't need treatment
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better

please start cold compresses. if there is any derangement of vision then you must definitely consult an ophthalmologist.
